Spring break and shore fishing

What is it about spring break that makes people a little silly, crazy, thoughtless, overly enthusiastic, uncensored? Still, this year, it seemed a little less crazy and for that we locals are grateful. Maybe it was the high profile presence of the sheriff's department. Maybe some of the schools up north had to make up for the weird snow days. Maybe it is clear that South Walton is best suited for breakers that come here with their family. Whatever it is, it has been less chaotic.

On another note, Dave is back on the beach catching fish. If you run into this man fishing at the Goatfeathers beach access, ask him how he does it.
