Toad in a Pot

This little guy lives on our front porch, often in a pot that I have never been able to get anything to grow in, sometimes in with the Meyer Lemon Tree. Since the garden spider has moved on, this is the garden critter of the moment. He/she tries to be inconspicuous and is very good at it but once you find her you begin to look for her because she doesn't like to have water poured on her and if you pour it in another side of the pot she is content to stay quietly where she is. She/he is pretty cute. Something nice and organic to think about rather than the unsettling financial mess going on. Still, 23 properties were sold in the last 7 days in West Walton County and the 30A area ranging from a homesite at 120,000 to a home in Watercolor for $2,350,000. Kind of interesting.
