Beautiful Blue

This is my favorite wild plant. The blue Lupine. It's just finishing it's blooming for the season. I haven't been able to get it to grow in my yard but it grows happily all along 30A. I've heard someone has figured out how to propagate it so as soon as I track them down I will post the source.

The weather is beautiful. The water looked a little rough yesterday but there is no oil here. Walton County took the hay bales away because we seem to be out of the path of the spilling. Maybe the rivers work in our favor, not sure. Whatever it is, the beaches look beautiful and people are out there enjoying them and we are grateful.
